Wildlife is part of the experience. You’re likely to spot reindeer along the roads. Each spring, nearly 4,000 reindeer cross the Magerøysundet to reach Magerøya, before swimming back in autumn. Near the North Cape, you’ll also find bird cliffs teeming with life, home to puffins, gannets and guillemots.
