What is Spenn?
Spenn are flexible points you can earn, collect and use across brands throughout the Nordics. As a Norwegian Reward member, you will earn Spenn every time you travel with Widerøe and Norwegian. You can then use the Spenn you earn to get future flights for even less.

Earn points while you travel
Spenn is not a loyalty programme. It is a way to boost your Norwegian Reward earnings, helping you to get the most out of your membership. You can earn, collect and use your Spenn on everything from flights and groceries to hotel stays and everyday luxuries. That means more ways to earn Spenn, and more ways to save even more on trips with Widerøe and Norwegian!
How many Spenn do I earn on Widerøe flights?
How many Spenn you earn depends on which ticket you book, and how much you pay for it (excluding taxes and fees). In the table below you'll find more information about how much Spenn you earn per ticket type.
Claim missing points
If you have not recieved Spenn/CashPoints for your Widerøe-flight, you can claim missing points here. All retroclaims must be done no later than 30 days after departure date.

On which Widerøe flights do I earn Spenn?
You earn Spenn on all commercially operated flights with Widerøe. In addition each flight is counted towards more benefits! Read more about benefits below.
The PSO-network is excluded from point earning.
How do I use Spenn to pay for a Widerøe flight?
We are working on a solution where you can use Spenn or CashPoints to pay (fully or partially, excluding taxes and fees) for a Widerøe flight. More information will come soon!
It is not possible to pay for flights using Spenn on flights within the PSO-network.
Benefits in Norwegian Reward
8 flights = 1 new benefit
You get a new benefit for every eighth flight within 12 months. If you have a stopover and switch planes, it counts as two flights.
When you receive a new benefit, it's valid for 12 months. You can use your active benefits on as many flights as you like. If you continue to fly as much as before, you can keep your benefits even longer than 12 months. Benefits continue to be active as long as you have enough qualifying flights.

How many benefits can you get?
You can choose between 5 different benefits per 8 completed flights. If you fly 32 flights within 12 months, you'll achieve all the benefits of the programme, including a set of additional exclusive benefits.
- 8 flights. You get your first benefit: Extra Spenn.
- 16 flights. You can choose your next benefit.
- 24 flights. You can choose your next benefit.
- 32 flights. Norwegian Reward Priority. You get all standard benefits + exclusive benefits.

CashPoints & Spenn
Spenn are flexible points you can earn when you book flights with Widerøe and Norwegian, instead of CashPoints. You’ll still be able to earn CashPoints with a range of Norwegian Reward partners, and you can continue to use your CashPoints to get discounts on airline tickets in line with their usual expiry dates.
