What you can change

After you’ve booked your flight, you can change:

• date and time
• passenger name

Change the departure time

You can easily change the date and time of your trip as long as the route and airline stay the same. It’s not possible to change to a different route or airline.

Change the name on your ticket

You can change the name on your ticket if your journey hasn’t started yet. This applies to flights with Widerøe, SAS, and combined trips with Widerøe and Norwegian.

How to change your flight

If you want to make changes, you can do this through:

• your profile under My Trips
• the link in your booking confirmation and receipt email

To make changes, select Change ticket.

Booked less than 24 hours ago?

If you want to make changes to your flight within 24 hours of booking, you’ll need to cancel the trip and book a new ticket. If you cancel within 24 hours, you’ll receive a full refund.

Fees depend on your ticket type.
