Bergen is easily accessible by plane from major cities in Europe and the US.  If you live in Aberdeen, Brussels, Dublin, Hamburg or Munich, you can catch a Widerøe flight and be in Bergen in about two hours.    Bergen is also a hub for Widerøe flights to 10 other beautiful Fjord destinations, and to flights to Bodø and Tromsø in Northern Norway.

Fly to Tromsø!

Tromsø has a vibrant city centre, surrounded by raw nature.  The city is popular to visit for Northern Lights hunt during the winter, but also an excellent place to see the Midnight sun in the summer time. Tromsø is also a gateway to the arctic part of Norway with flights to 10 destinations in Finnmark, i.e. Alta, Hammerfest, Honningsvåg (North Cape) and Kirkenes (turning point for Hurtigruten and Havila Kystruten).

Fly to Bodø!

Situated between an archipelago and the open ocean. Surrounded by a glacier, mountains, islands, and a strong maelstrom just north of the arctic circle. Bodø is a lively city and appointed a European city of culture 2024. This is the place to walk the streets, have coffee in chic coffee bars, dine in a good restaurant and go shopping.  Bodø is also the connection point for flights to the Lofoten Islands, and to Vesterålen and Helgeland.
