Traveling with pets
You need to apply in order to bring a dog or a cat on your flight, either in the cabin or in the cargo hold. You can book this service online by adding your pet under additional services, either during booking or in My Trips, if you have already booked a ticket. We will reserve a spot for your pet if there is available space and notify you by e-mail when the application has been approved. Your ticket will be issued once the pet is approved for your flight.
If you book the flight less than 72 hours before departure, we cannot guarantee that there is available space left for your pet. It is therefore recommended to reserve a spot as early as possible, especially during hunting season.
Note! Pets are not accepted in the cargo hold during holiday seasons, as space in the cargo hold is especially limited during these times.
When traveling with pets, the "Live Animal Acceptance Checklist" must be printed and filled out before arriving at the airport. You can download the form here.
Arrive at the airport well in advance. When traveling with pets, you must complete check-in at least one hour before departure.

Pets on flights from UK
Due to Brexit, we can no longer accept any pets on our flights between Great Britain and Norway (Bergen and Stavanger). Pets coming in to Norway have to be checked by the Norwegian Food Safety Authority. At the moment this control is not available at Bergen or Stavanger Airport. If you are going to bring pets to Norway, this needs to be done via Oslo Airport, or any other EU border, such as Amsterdam, Copenhagen or Frankfurt.
