Guidelines for photos and videos

Widerøe aims to facilitate media and others who wish to create content or take pictures on their journey. However, there are some considerations to keep in mind before using your camera onboard or in the airport. These guidelines for photography, audio, or video recordings contribute to creating predictability while also safeguarding the rights and privacy of our passengers and employees.

General guidelines

• You are always welcome to take pictures or film yourself and your friends, or the breathtaking view from the airplane window.
• We ask that you do not film or photograph other passengers or employees without their permission. This applies to Widerøe employees on board, on the ground around the aircraft, and inside the airport.
• As long as these guidelines are respected, we love seeing your photos and films on social media. Feel free to tag us @flywideroe if you share pictures or videos from your trip.

For larger productions

Larger productions and recordings on board, or at the airport, must be clarified in advance with Widerøe's communications department. We will gladly help you where we can. To arrange this, please email [email protected]
