Tore Jenssen - Chief Executive Officer of Widerøe AS

Tore Jenssen was appointed CEO of Widerøe in July 2024. Before this role, he held several key positions. In 2020, Jenssen served as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Arctic Aviation Assets DAC, and in 2023, he advanced to Chief Asset Officer. Jenssen's career with Norwegian began in 2007 as a controller for the technical department. By 2010, he had become the company's fleet manager. In 2013, he relocated to Ireland to serve as Chief Operating Officer for Norwegian's asset company, Arctic Aviation Assets DAC (AAA). From 2015 to 2020, he held the position of CEO & Accountable Manager for Norwegian Air International (NAI) in Ireland. Additionally, he was the Chief Operating Officer for the Norwegian Group from 2019 to 2020.

Morten Skoglund - Chief Operations Officer Widerøe's Flyveselskap AS

Morten Skoglund has been Chief Operations Officer at Widerøe's Flyveselskap since 2012. Prior to this, he was Chief Operations Officer at CHC Helikopter Service. Skoglund has previously held the positions of Deputy Operations Officer at Widerøe's Flyveselskap, and head of Operations Control Centre and Crew Planning at SAS. He has been employed in the aviation industry since 1993, and has headed several major projects for SAS related to the move from Fornebu to Gardermoen, as well as the merger between SAS and Braathens in the early 2000s. Skoglund is a graduate engineer from Oslo School of Engineering and holds a Master's degree in organizational psychology and project management from the Norwegian School of Management (BI). Skoglund is also Chairman of the Board of Widerøe Technical Services. He has held this post since 2015.

Espen Bakke-Aas Steiro - Commercial Director Widerøe AS

Espen Bakke-Aas Steiro (born 1983) is the Chief Commercial Officer at Widerøe. He joined the company as an analyst in 2013 and has since held several leadership positions, including Revenue Manager from 2014, Route Manager for regional routes (2014–2021), and Head of Network & Scheduling from 2021. Steiro holds a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Oslo. He assumed the role of Chief Commercial Officer on March 1, 2025.

John Arntsen - Chief Financial Officer Widerøe AS

John Arntsen has been CFO of Widerøe since 2008. Arntsen has extensive experience from a number of finance positions at Widerøe. He started his career as financial officer in 1992 and in 1997 took over the position of financial controller in charge of analysis, control and finance. Arntsen holds a Master of Science in Business from Nord University, Bodø, and also holds a Master of Management from the Norwegian School of Management (BI). He is Chairman of the Board of Widerøe Property AS, as well as being a board member of Widerøe Technical Services AS and Widerøe Ground Handling AS.

Tove Pettersen - Director of Human Resources Widerøe AS

Tove Pettersen has been employed as HR Director at Widerøe since 2019. She came from the position of Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing and Site Manager Bodø at Rapp Marine Group (later MacGregor). Pettersen has extensive experience from various management positions in the maritime sector in the area of organizational and business development. From 1998 to 2004 she had roles in Widerøe's commercial department with a focus on customers and partners, as well as a period in route planning. Pettersen holds a Master of Science in Business (siv.øk.) from Nord University.

Terje Skram - Director of Strategy and Infrastructure Widerøe AS

Terje Skram has been Director of Strategy and Infrastructure since 2017. He has held a number of positions in Widerøe , including as Route Planner, Product Manager, Director of Network and Pricing and Director of Operations. Skram has more than 30 years of industry experience including the position of Marketing Manager at Widerøe's former subsidiary Norsk Air, traffic consultant in the bus industry and work experience from the Norwegian Armed Forces. Skram attended the military officers’ training school and has studied transport studies at Regional University College. In addition, he has completed a Master's programme at the Norwegian School of Management (BI).

Tony Tully - Managing Director Widerøe Ground Handling AS

Before being appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Widerøe Ground Handling, Tony spent over two years as Vice President (VP) for Norwegian Red Handling, leading the establishment of ground handling operations at Oslo Airport (OSL), Copenhagen Airport (CPH) and in Spain. He previously held the role of Chief Operations Director at Swissport in the United Kingdom and Ireland for eight years, overseeing all ground handling activities as well as airport lounges, aircraft fuelling, aircraft cleaning, and Fixed-Base Operations (FBOs). Tony’s career includes nearly 20 years with Servisair in cargo and ground handling, where he served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Ireland and major UK airports. He began his aviation career with DHL Aviation at London Heathrow Airport (LHR) and has since built a lifelong career in the industry.
