If you are 10 or more people traveling together, we offer special Group rates. Enjoy discounts and greater flexibility. Fill out the form below to receive an offer from us.

Please note that for a group booking the fare is the same for adults, children, youth and seniors. In most cases, it will be cheaper for groups of 10-12 people to book individual tickets on wideroe.no

Payment and deposit

20% deposit must be paid 5 months prior to departure.

If you book less than 5 months prior to departure, the deposit is payable within 14 days of booking.

The full amount must be paid within deadline and before tickets are issued. The deposit will be refunded at the same time as ticket issuance.

Names may be changed  free of charge untill the ticket has been issued. When the ticket has been issued there will be a charge of NOK 600 per change.

Sport groups

Widerøe offers sport groups on Widerøe flights for  for members of Norges Idrettsforbund. The purpose of the travel must be to partipiciate in sport events or activites for the club. The travellers need to bring a prefilled declaration (norwegian only) form to the airport at checkin.

Note: Special fares for sport groups are not valid to/from destinations outside Scandinavia (exception: valid on flights to/from Aberdeen).
