Terms & conditions - Corporate agreement

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to businesses and tour operators entering into a corporate agreement with Widerøe AS ("Widerøe"). A corporate agreement will provide discounted rates on travel with Widerøe. By using this website and applying the agreed discount when booking, you and the company/employee agree to these terms of use and other applicable terms for bookings made through wideroe.no.

2. Widerøe Bisniss

As part of the corporate agreement, the company is entitled to certain benefits as a Widerøe Bisniss member. Widerøe Bisniss is a program where the company's employees flying with Widerøe receive discounts on flights on Widerøe's regional routes.

Widerøe Bisniss has two levels: Bare Bisniss and Mere Bisniss.
The company is assigned a level based on how much the company's employees fly (flight quota) each year. A company that purchases travel worth up to NOK 500,000 with Widerøe within a 12-month period belongs to Bare Bisniss, while companies that purchase travel exceeding NOK 500,000 are upgraded to Mere Bisniss. The flight quota (in Norwegian kroner) is automatically updated each month by Widerøe, and an average flight quota is calculated based on the last 12 months. Similarly, a company at Mere Bisniss will be downgraded to Bare Bisniss if the company's flight quota over the last 12 months falls below NOK 500,000. See discount levels here.

3. Tour operator fares

Registered tour operators can use our tour operator fares. Tour operator fares can only be used as part of a tour package that also includes ground arrangements, accommodation, or a cruise. The fares shown are discounted with your agreed % from published economy class fares and include one checked baggage and one carry-on baggage up to 8 kilo. Tickets are issued 21 days before departure.

4. Company Responsibility

It is the company's responsibility to ensure that their employees are always up-to-date and familiar with the corporate agreement, as well as the applicable rules for booking and using the assigned discount code. The company is responsible for ensuring that individuals given access to the agreed discount are employed by the company. Widerøe cannot be held liable for any misuse of the agreement by employees. In the event of attempted misuse of the agreement, Widerøe may terminate the agreement with immediate effect
