Conference fares

If you arrange a conference, meeting or event at a Widerøe destination, we are happy to offer you 10% conference discount on all published fares except for the lowest fares in economy class, where the discount is 2%.

Conditions 

• A minimum of 10 persons must fly to/from the same conference 
• The participants can travel individually and start from different destinations. 
• Travel can take place from 2 days before till 2 days after the conference. 
• Valid for return travel only 
• Normal fare rules will apply, depending on class of travel 
• The discount is valid for travel on Widerøe, SAS and Blue1.

All you need to do to benefit from this offer is to register your conference/meeting/event here . We will give you an event code and a link for booking. Forward the code and link to your attendants, and they can book and pay for their flights separately.
